Job Description:
- Provide Tier 3 technical support engineering for a large Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
- Analyze and troubleshoot difficult and advanced technical problems.
- Resolve complex hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Execute, refine, and supervise the processes and procedures of Tier 2 System Maintenance operations throughout the operational lifecycle of customer directed mission applications.
- Experience with PuriFile, GlassWall, ArcGIS, and Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK).
- Active TS/SCI, CI Polygraph.
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering, computer, telecommunications or related field. Experience may be used, in lieu of degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
