Position
The Fleet Assistant works as shop/fleet support for the Rupert, ID office.
This position will perform a variety of office-related duties and requires someone who is flexible and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The areas of emphasis for this position will be either DOT-related tasks or server maintenance.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Assisting with various accounting functions, such as payroll and accounts payable/receivable
- Developing and/or re-creating forms and reports
- Online filing/physical filing and copying
- Answering phone calls/taking messages
- Managing Excel spreadsheets
- Technical writing
- Customer service
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Requirements
- High school degree or GED required / Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Background in clerical work and/or data entry required
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to undergo a background check and pass a drug test
- Ability to reliably commute to the office
