Position

The Fleet Assistant works as shop/fleet support for the Rupert, ID office.

This position will perform a variety of office-related duties and requires someone who is flexible and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The areas of emphasis for this position will be either DOT-related tasks or server maintenance. 

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with various accounting functions, such as payroll and accounts payable/receivable
  • Developing and/or re-creating forms and reports
  • Online filing/physical filing and copying
  • Answering phone calls/taking messages
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Technical writing
  • Customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required / Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Background in clerical work and/or data entry required
  • Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to undergo a background check and pass a drug test
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office
