Position Description:
Due to our growth and patient volume, we need to add Chiropractors to our team in the greater Metro Atlanta area. We are in search of an ambitious, enthusiastic, reliable chiropractor who is eager to learn and most importantly, passionate in providing quality patient care. Someone who is energetic, passionate, goal oriented, career driven and coachable. This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary practice that is fast-paced and a great place to build a career, but requires a results-oriented person.
We will provide you all the training and mentorship necessary for you to confidently treat any patient that presents to you in all phases of care. You will not be responsible for marketing/advertising, generating your own patient base, nor will you be required to sell care plans or attend networking events. Your responsibility will be exclusive to patient care and the associated tasks within the office.
Our clinics function as a dedicated team working together to ensure our patients receive superior care. We are a high-volume practice, and we are looking for a candidate to join our team who is motivated and dedicated to serving our community and patients to the best of their potential.
Previous experience is not required, we are open to recent graduates.
Position Duties:
- Performs all clinical duties as it relates to the care of patients
- Co-supervises and mentors all medical assistants and support staff for the chiropractic program including clinical and administrative function
- Effectively communicates clinical and non-clinical information as it pertains to the patients
- Co-manage daily operations for chiropractic services of their local office to ensure execution of the company’s mission and goals
- Effectively treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case
- Willingness and ability to travel to other locations as needed
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of case management as it pertains to causation of injury and tailoring treatment accordingly
Required skills and certifications (what you must have):
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
- Certification for therapeutic modalities
- Licensed to practice in the State of Georgia
- Physiotherapeutic Certification
- Ownership mentality
