Job Description
We’re looking for a Industry Culture Strategist. In this role, you will serve as an Industry Culture Strategist to deepen engagements with Procore customers and prospects by creating, building, developing and delivering human cultural transformation solutions.
As a Industry Culture Strategist, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Facilities, and other internal Procore teams as well as Procore executives to build, develop and facilitate culture and leadership development experiences for our clients and partners. Use your creativity, facilitation, and leadership development skills to build the business. with our clients and partners. This role is on a team focused on amplifying the value of culture in construction in order to elevate the construction industry as the industry of choice.
This position reports to Lisa O’Brien, Director of Industry Culture has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Build and deliver solid strategy and programs for culture consulting product offerings to serve client needs
Partner with clients and client facing teams to identify strategic focus and build culture program opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with key clients and partners and facilitate needs analysis to identify clear culture and consulting targets.
Build, develop, deliver and fully own culture and leadership development programs and experiences
Provide hands-on, top-level, executive hospitality from start to finish for each culture and consulting opportunity
Tell compelling and powerful stories about how culture development accelerates business success to increase our thought leadership influence in the industry
Humbly serve our customer and partner-facing teams to drive their quarterly and annual success metrics
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Entrepreneurial spirit: strong driver and go-getter attitude
Minimum of 15 years of leadership, culture, learning, consulting, and organizational development experience
ICF certification is a plus
Previous experience in working with Executives with consulting, facilitation, public speaking, strategic insight, leadership development, cultural development, and executive coaching
Personal characteristics: High trust, Executive presence, emotional intelligence, relationship building
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $160,800-$221,100. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
