Job Description
Procore is looking for a VP of Field Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within specific geographical regions. In this role, you’ll lead a team of field marketers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. You will partner closely with critical stakeholders within our Product, Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams to establish a globally consistent approach with local relevance in developing strong customer relationships and driving meaningful and differentiated experiences. You will be responsible for setting and executing on the field strategy, overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns including but not limited to demand generation, brand awareness and customer retention activities.
This position reports to our CMO and will be based remotely with occasional travel to the local and global Procore offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Develop, implement and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of field marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, and third-party vendors, to drive successful execution of marketing initiatives
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, regularly analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the marketing evolution at Procore by acting as a change agent and engaged member of the Marketing Leadership Team
Lead integrated marketing programs, including setting strategy, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results
Provide leadership to a cross-functional Strategic Marketing team and conduct thorough talent and performance management processes
Foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, accountability, development, and ethical behavior
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
20 years’ experience in field marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies
Significant experience in B2B strategic, corporate or field marketing with demonstrated growth, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics and CRM tools to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders
Exemplary communication and presentation skills inside and outside of Procore
Experience successfully building and leading diverse teams
Demonstrated high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $221,200-$304,150. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
