Our fast-paced and growing company is looking for the right person to fill an integral position within the ProCraft Mechanical Team.
Are you a safety conscious, Heavy Equipment / Backhoe Operator who is motivated, reliable, and a self-starter? Do you have experience digging for Underground Plumbing Systems? Are you a problem solver who always strives to lend a hand wherever needed? If this describes you, then you might be just the right person to fill this crucial, full-time role within the ProCraft Mechanical Team.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll spend your day representing ProCraft Mechanical at jobsites in and around the Denver Metro Area using Heavy Equipment and backhoes to dig for underground sewer and water plumbing installations. This position requires competent and experienced operation of a backhoe, mini-excavator, skip loader, forklift and frequent heavy lifting. Forklift experience is a plus, but is not a requirement.
What we are really looking for is a candidate who possesses these skills:
- Competency to safety operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment
- 2-5 years backhoe experience
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 75-100lbs
- Safety conscious
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, plus potential overtime
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and MVR (required)
- Trench Shoring & Safety Certification is a plus
- OSHA Certification preferred but not required
- Forklift operation (training available)
- Underground plumbing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
