About The Role
We are seeking a strategic Marketer who wants to build out our Partner Marketing strategies. We have a vibrant partner ecosystem and partners are one of the most critical ingredients to our growth potential.
You will be responsible for understanding how our partners are motivated and collaborate with Sales & Channel teams to define strategies, content, campaigns, and tactics that will ignite and amplify our Partners efforts to position Procurement Partners with their prospects and customers. You will work across multiple partner and buyer personas to create compelling value propositions and build tools, campaigns and relationships that will enable productive Partnerships.
We are looking for a candidate with Partner Marketing experience, strong teamwork skills, strategic AND tactical execution orientation, and bias for action and results. Successful candidates will have created successful Partner Marketing programs in the past. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help the business understand the value and importance of Partner Marketing as we scale our growth.

What You’ll Do
Be an authority on our different Partner types (GPOs, Software OEMs, Healthcare Distributors and Vendors, System Integrators) and develop competitive strategies that will drive preference to refer and work with Procurement Partners platforms
Develop compelling value propositions that elevate Procurement Partners brand awareness and preference in the partner segments we serve
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. Channel Sales, Product) to define marketing strategies that will promote adoption of our products and services
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of various Marketing strategies
Identify ways to create scale to Partner content, tools, and programs given the large Partner ecosystem Procurement Partners is building
Provide content, messaging, case study direction for marketing materials and programs with Partners
Build communications to Partners promoting success of the Partnership and keep Procurement Partners top of mind
Collaborate with Channel and Product teams to deliver Partner training on products and services
Attend events in collaboration with Partners
Build strong contacts and networks within the Partner organizations to influence performance of our partners
About You
Bachelor’s degree
5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing (partner or product preferred) roles at B2B technology business, with at least 2 years’ experience in building programming for Partners/Channel
Experience with Healthcare Provider/Supplier personas preferred
Strong prioritization, organization, project management, and attention to detail skills with demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines and successful completion
Proficiency working with Sales (e.g. Salesforce) and Marketing technologies (e.g. Hubspot)
Curious and creative mind with ability to learn quickly and adjust in a fast-paced environment with a result-driven mentality
Proven record of positioning complex solutions into easy-to-understand value for partners, sales, and customers
Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to support positions with data
Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of staff and departments throughout the organization
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
