About the Role
The Training Specialist serves an important role to the organization and that is helping our customers and our teammates to learn our software in a way that leads to desirable outcomes. This position requires an innate hunger for learning software, and a passion for helping others master technology.
You should be able to:
Develop creative and innovative training materials, both interactive and static.
Proactively identify, develop and deliver additional materials that will contribute to our clients’ success.
Translate ideas and scripts into videos and tools our clients can depend on.
Work with our internal stakeholders to make training content just-in-time and on-demand.
Support internal training initiatives around compliance, policy implementation, and new system tools.
Train clients 1:1 and in groups through web conferencing.
Take ownership of specific training tools.
Support and provide content for our client-facing Knowledge Base.
About You
