Job Description
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the Information Technology Services segment meeting or exceeding targeted revenue and profitability goals.
- Present Product/Services portfolio effectively to Customers, Partners.
- Should possess knowledge in acquiring new clients through various channels
- Detailed Account/customer mapping and Account/customer management
- Cross selling and up selling
- Sales skills (Hunting and Farming) - Aggressive, action-oriented, results-oriented, prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing.
- Own, deliver, and over achieve the M-o-M and Q-o-Q, Annual sales target.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to communicate organization values & specializations and to establish interest, credibility and trust.
- Knowledge and experience in selling global delivery models
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site/off-site presentations, RFI & RFP response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
- Coordinate with various LoB leaders (internal & external) based on market research, and oversee the creation of a go-to market offering, response to proposals and RFI’s, Sales deck.
- Experience in account management, renewal sales, consultative selling, managing sales cycles, maintaining, and maturing client relationships.
- Identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with CXO's and other key stakeholders.
- Own, deliver, and achieve the sales target & develop a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations
- Should have good understanding of Enterprise technologies, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or any Data Management Technologies (IBM, Informatica, SAS, Oracle) or Azure Data, AWS or Google Cloud Platform Data Platforms.
- Represent Northcap in Various Conferences, Events, Seminars develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
- Work closely with marketing team & Other Channel, partner teams in running targeted email campaigns to Generate new Opportunities.
- Prior experience selling Data related services or products would be excellent
- Should be able to work with Partner or Channel sales ecosystem
CRM
- Should be familiar using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho etc)
- Maintain sales reports Utilization of CRM tool on a regular basis and maintain data up-to-date
