Prodly is the world innovator in Applications Operations (AppOps) software. The company’s products simplify maintenance, deployment, governance, and version control for enterprise applications; helping businesses go-live, fast. Prodly’s ever growing product suite is currently popular for use on Salesforce applications like CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Advanced Approvals (AA), and Billing, as well as Salesforce Sandbox reference data maintenance. Prodly, a VC-backed Salesforce ISV partner, is looking for other bright, innovative minds to join our quickly growing team.
We are looking to hire an Account Executive to work alongside our passionate sales team within the EMEA territory.
You’ll proactively identify and manage new business sales opportunities in the segment and region assigned. You’ll drive awareness, build advocacy, engage in account planning and identify and manage new Sales opportunities by working proactively with our strong network of partners including Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities:
- Sell to Enterprise and Commercial accounts
- Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition
- Collaborate with your team to define & deliver a compelling value proposition in order to generate opportunities.
- Track, analyze and communicate to management key metrics and business trends - as they relate to your region.
- Support all aspects of regional development including, but not limited to, meeting with customer influencers from different channels (Implementation partners, ISVs and Salesforce.com Sales and Customer Success groups) to identify and prioritize targets, along with planning and executing focused marketing activities.
- Engage with your region’s customers to ensure they are setup for success post deal
- Prospecting potential new customers through targeted outbound activity.
- Understand customer goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish Prodly as a best in class solution.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Participate in all product, sales, process training, and certifications to develop the expertise of the Prodly solution, vision, and strategy.
- Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM.
What you will bring:
- 2 Years Salesforce Experience
- A proven track record of driving and closing deals
- You have sold technology and IT solutions for the last 5 years.
- You have worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for the last 3 years in a sales capacity.
- You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- You pride yourself on your ability to engage with all kinds of people, building and leveraging relationships to create mutually beneficial value.
- You’re an expert at multitasking, and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a startup environment.
- You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to a company we’ve never worked with before.
- You take ownership of problems and work tirelessly to lead the planning and execution to resolve them.
- You have a passion to lead and build a region by collaborating and motivating others to execute a defined plan and strategy.
