Producers Cooperative Association offers products, programs, and services to its members through its four operating divisions. Supply, Feed, Agronomy, and Energy.

Position Objective: Product sales (focus on range & pasture products) inside supply division that includes customer relationship management, including all items and programs associated with product lines within division. Manage and coach part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) about processes, products, and customer service.

Position Responsibilities: Market all products within the range and pasture department (herbicides, insecticides for pastures, aquatics, sprayer & sprayer parts, baling…) and other smaller assigned departments through customer problem-solving, employee training and merchandising. Manage inventory and product programs. Work closely with range and pasture manufacture representatives, distributor representatives and Producers Cooperative’s outside sales representatives to keep staff and customers abreast of the latest programs and products in the range and pasture industry. Analyze product sales data and marketplace. Maintain oversight of rules and regulations governing herbicides and pesticides. Supervise and train staff.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred and or equal industry experience will be considered. A range and pasture background (weed/insect identification and applications for pasture management) with an understanding of the ranching and farming industry is needed. A strong understanding of marketing and selling in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy approach is necessary. Organized, systematic, results-driven characteristics with proven work history. Proficient computer skills. Ability to analyze sales data. Must be able to work within a team environment and possess strong communication skills.
