Job Posting for Machine Operator at Production Manager
The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to setup, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot items on the assigned machines. Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Communicate with team member and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality level with minimal wasted time and materials.
Operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
Contribute to continuous improvement of process by identifying potential problems and solutions at your machine.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with posted standards

Note: 10 hour shifts are implemented occasionally pending customer orders
