Summary/objective
The Rental Asset Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the local Branch AMS Rental asset inventory. Facilitates and coordinates all rental asset barcoding including new rental Capex purchases, missing barcodes form existing assets and all required Ecode Adjustments within their assigned branch.

Essential functions

Ensures the accuracy of the local Asset Inventory.

Reviews & coordinates all GFI (Go Find it), issues with branch operations.

Requires Ecode adjustments and administration within the branch.

Reconciles all NID (not in data base) Assets within branch.

All rental asset Adjustments within the categories of

Retired & found
-
Lost/Missing or damaged assets which are not categorized to Scrap or E-waste
-
Returns from missing and UES (Used Equipment sales).

NBI (Non-Barcode inventory)
-
Identified duplicated barcodes between AMS Systems (REV, TESAM, WinHits)
-
Missing Manufacturer Serial Numbers associated to Barcodes.

Consignment and Leased Asset updates in coordination from National Asset Strategy

Facilitates required cycle counting programs with relevant branch departments.

Year End Company Inventory.

Liaisons with regional & national asset teams on potential asset inaccuracies, stocking levels and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A Fundamental understanding or familiarity with live event equipment and gear is a plus.

Must be safety consciousness.

Must have demonstrated time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute all job-related tasks with thorough attention to detail.

Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
