The Role:
Productiv is looking for an experienced content marketing manager to build a content journey and strategy around a growing Spend Management platform, amplifying the success of the customer, educating the market on this exciting emerging space, and growing demand. This role will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, working closely with an integrated team of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital and Web, and Sales, owning and building the editorial strategy from the ground up, and producing the content that inspires awareness, educates the marketing, grows demand, and celebrates our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Building the editorial strategy that fuels the customer journey from awareness through their customer experience, including developing, executing, and optimizing the strategy
- Work closely with marketing, other go-to-market teams, and product to understand personas and generate compelling narratives from thought leadership to product amplification to web experience
- Create high quality content through blogs, articles, social media, interviews, video, email — and more
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand tone and style
- SEO, web, and keyword optimization
- Use analytics to measure performance and success, while using that data to test and learn
Your Experience:
- Expert writer, with excellent communication skills across medium and an eye for detail in editing and grammar
- Work experience as a content manager or similar
- Strong understanding of principals, technology and techniques for SEO, digital marketing, and generative AI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Experience pairing creativity with data to make decisions and try new things in content
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field or equivalent of 5 years of experience

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,474-$139,298. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
