Marketing Coordinator
Productivity Inc seeks a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our marketing team in Plymouth, MN as a Marketing Coordinator.
This important role will develop and execute marketing programs to support company objectives and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for content development, digital communications and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position and reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
Digital Presence - Website & Social Media Management
- Create and distribute email campaigns using MailChimp. Develop and maintain customer contact lists
- Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s social media strategy, presence, and engagement
- Website Management : Assist with website design, editing, and maintenance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of online strategies by utilizing key indicators, SEO, and web analytics. Recommend and execute modified / new strategies as necessary
- Maintain current knowledge of the changing web and digital marketing trends and technologies
Content Development
Collaborate with various departments to plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute both print and digital marketing content such as advertisements, flyers, product sell sheets, blog posts, line cards, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and other promotional sales collateral
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and promotion of special events, tradeshows, Demo Days, etc.
- Contribute to the development of and adhere to all company brand guidelines
- Select, order, and organize branded merchandise and apparel
- Organize, maintain, and contribute to the marketing asset library (i.e. Collateral, photos, videos, artwork, templates, etc.)
- Perform and assist with other marketing activities of similar nature as required or assigned
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or similar in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing marketing programs / communications, preferably in manufacturing and / or a B2B sales organization
- Must be a professional, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar applications highly desired
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for engagement
- Previous photography and / or video production experience an asset
