POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain, update, generate and develop inputs and reports related to market analysis in business, military and commercial platforms as a proactive tool for the sales team as well as the PAA leadership team. Play key role in working directly with the engineering team to determine new product focus and development direction. Produce financial and market intelligence reports by querying various internal and external data repositories.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Conduct extensive market analysis to establish target product lists and opportunities for the Inside and Outside sales team
*
Identify military opportunities using SASPO reports, annual RPOW reports, SAM.GOV and other military opportunity lists as identified
*
Prepares pricing packages for new opportunities. Includes pricing provided by pricing manager, technical exhibits, subcontractor agreements and other schedules.

Develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and work instructions for assigned projects
*
Provides direction regarding organizational policies and procedures related to military contracts.
*
Primary liaison between DCMA and PAA.
*
Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
*
Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
*
Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
*
Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
*
Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
*
Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
*
Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.

Provide input, as required, for presentations.
*
Develop and disseminate sales leads for sales group.

Coordinate, launch and track RFP's through organization to ensure all requirements and timelines are met.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) or equivalent work experience
Experience: At least five years’ experience and proven record of accomplishment in government /commercial services leading teams on multiple projects. Minimum of 8 years direct industry experience.
Computer Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Familiarization with SalesForce.com preferred, but not essential.
