Locally owned Financial Services Company in search of a full time Human Resources / Executive Assistant!
Position entails assisting the Vice President / Director of Human Resources with general HR tasks from filing, payroll, recruiting, benefits, occasional event planning, etc.. Firm knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with ADP Payroll processing is highly preferred but not required. Must have minimum High School Diploma but additional education and applicable job experience are preferred.
The perfect candidate for this position is highly professional, organized, shows attention to detail and has great time-management skills along with superb oral and written communication skills. Must have either Human Resources and / or Executive Assistant experience.
The shift is M-F, 9 am - 6 pm. The position offers starting hourly pay of $16 - $19 an hour based on experience. After a 90 day introductory period, you will be eligible for our full benefit package including -- Monthly PTO, Paid Holidays, and Employer Sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. We also offer paid Vacation and a 401K after one year with the Company!
