Professional Management Enterprises is seeking and Outreach Specialist to join our Indianapolis team!

  • Travels to and provide regular training for existing providers in one-on-one or larger settings.
  • Travels to and participate in events to recruit new providers to the program.
  • Responds to program services calls, provides responses to questions, and mails information in response to requests event of problems or concerns.
  • Manages all aspects of provider training and communications.
  • Responsible for escalated providers as assigned and resolving issues.
  • Attend Policy meetings and develop related communications.
  • Collaborate with other contractors and the client on communication and implementation of policy changes to the operations.
  • Manage daily workload for managed care programs such as; MediPASS, IHAWP, and assigned work.
  • Maintains update knowledge of the project.
  • Extensive travel is required
  • Must have reliable transportation




Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Reliable Transportation

  • 25% (Required)
