Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexibility allowed) and hybrid-3 days on site, 2 days remote.

- BS Accounting Degree – required
- General Ledger – 1 year required
- Account Reconciliations – 1 year required
- Journal entries – 1 year required
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using UKG HRIS on a Biweekly cadence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy for both exempt and non exempt employees
- Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
- Generate payroll reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes including but not limited to; benefit deductions, 401k, HSA/FSA.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
