Summary: The Help Desk Support Technician will work as part of the team that handles all aspects of Professional Plastics computer, network and phone systems. Responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support, the Help Desk Support Technician will utilize existing IT processes and procedures to document, isolate, resolve and track problems to ensure timely resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
Experience/Education:
2 years experience preferred in a Help Desk Support role or equivalent experience.
Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
