Description
We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
Expectations
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Code credit card and bank transactions
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Invoice clients
- Monthly accounts reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger
- Regular and thorough communication with Director of Operations and Principal
- Lead weekly Payroll processing
- Track employee payroll deductions and garnishments
- Track sick/vacation accruals, etc., as needed
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Bookkeeper designation, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
- Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Quickbooks is required
- Experience with financial statements and tax returns
