Location: We have facilities up and down the front range of Colorado: You are able to work from any of our locations (Denver/Colorado Springs Area) and it is flexible.

Job Description: You will be managing the schedules and efficiency for the Sleep Clinic and Technical Staff. You will have an Administrative Assistant and possibly a Lead for Clinic with anticipated growth.

We are an independent full-service sleep facility with a phenomenal team of Practitioners and Technicians.
We promote continual education and training both individually and as a team. We are recruiting for a RPSGT with master scoring experience to run our small clinical team as well as the Technicians and Lab. All equipment is provided.

Related Experience: Master Scoring/Over-scoring experience. We are only looking for someone who has been scoring sleep studies for a minimum of 2 years (either on the fly scoring at night, or as a facility overscorer/master scorer). Proficiency in Alice Sleepware G3, Noxturnal and ResMed AirView, Microsoft Word, and Excel is preferred. Ability to type at least 60 wpm is encouraged.

Requirements: You must be great with patient care, reliable, dependable, accountable and able to work independently and as the head of a team. You must have a current RPSGT credential.

In order to be considered for the position, you must pass an ISR with the Scoring Manager as the Master Scorer and score with 85% of the Master Scoring Manager.

Must have some Management experience and be willing to continuously learn and grow. Must be comfortable as hiring or terminating authority.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Schedule of all Sleep Technicians (in-facility) in accordance to the AASM Guideline Scoring Manual 2.5.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Provide feedback to all technical staff when necessary to ensure that scoring and staging practices fall within AASM scoring guidelines.
• Monitor and schedule the After-Hours On-Call rotation for after hour calls from patients and technical staff.
• Must possess the ability to manipulate various types of electronic and clinical equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Must also have the ability to operate specialty equipment related to area of expertise and to perform computer tasks at a user’s level.
• Must possess the ability to interact and to communicate in English, both orally and written, with all levels of staff, physicians, patients and families in an effective manner, based on the patient’s ability and willingness to learn. Must be sensitive to cultural and bilingual issues.
• Must possess the ability to comprehend and to interpret complex clinical subject matter related to specialty. Our Sleep Facilities are an amazing work environment, with freedom that is linked with a strong work ethic.
