Professional, Pacific Northwest’s leading accounts receivable management firm, has an immediate opening for Credit Representatives. We are here to roll up our sleeves and change the collection industry one call, text and chat at a time.  You have the opportunity to help people through tough times and we provide YOU with the necessary training to be successful.   Are you ready to help others?

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.  After training, start times vary with a ½ day Saturday rotation, once a month. During the initial training, hours are from 8am – 5pm and onsite at our Springfield, OR office.

What will you do as a Call Center Credit Representative?

• Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email and text. 
• We will train you to take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Navigate cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries  
• Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt. 
• General computer skills are required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type 25 words per minute
• Good decision making skills are required.

• Compensation begins at $17.00-$20.50 per hour, depending on education and Spanish speaking skills, plus benefits.
