Job Summary:
We will train you to become a certified Profile Health Coach and Location Manager.
All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer service while promoting and participating in the team concepts at the Profile location. Profile Managers are expected to promote health and wellness both personally and professionally.
While developing skills and building competency as a Profile Manager, you must demonstrate sales acumen, a strong work ethic and dedication to continued learning. You will also be responsible for multiple key performance indicators for your location.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience developing a team and holds accountable to goals
- Ability to drive location to profitability
- Skilled in building relationships within community and executing business development plans
- Comfortable generating new member leads and closing memberships
- Independently prioritizes daily tasks to accomplish both short and long-term goals
Responsibilities:
The manager must be results driven to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage the team effectively. The manager role involves promoting a lifestyle to help members get results and stay healthy.
- Customer Service: Responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. Ensuring members have an “above and beyond” experience through celebrating milestones and supporting member success through coaching behavior change.
- Store Performance: Guide a store to profitability by planning and implementing plans to reach monthly Key Performance Indicators. Achieve goals for revenue and members each month.
- Membership Sales: Achieve new member goals, engage/retain current members, and promote the brand within the community through various business development efforts.
- Store Operations: Build/manage a successful small business through efficient management of scheduling, billing, inventory, payroll, facilities, and other necessary duties.
- Team Development: Influence team to foster a positive culture and work environment. Recruit, hire, train and develop coaches to guide members toward results while providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of related experience.
- Sales, customer service and leadership experience preferred.
- 2-3 years prior experience in wellness, fitness, nutrition programs preferred.
- Prior medical or pharmaceutical sales highly preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
