Job Summary
We will train you to become a certified Profile Health Coach!

All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer service while promoting and participating in the team concepts at the Profile Store. Profile Coaches are expected to promote health and wellness both personally and professionally.

While developing skills and building competency as a Profile Coach, you must demonstrate sales acumen, a strong work ethic and dedication to continued learning, including key performance indicators.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Some sales and customer service experience preferred.

· Six months prior experience with wellness, fitness, and/or nutrition programs preferred.

· Excellent in building relationships, customer service, enthusiasm, compassion, teamwork, and empathy.

· Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic web navigation
