A non-profit in Alexandria, VA is looking for a HYBRID Digital Content Specialist for 32 hours per week to work closely with the Creative team in content production. This position is a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity, REQUIRING two days onsite.

- Work closely with researchers to come up with ideas for new and informative content, interview internal SME’s to create engaging stories.
- Research industry topics, collaborate with design team to create visual concepts to effectively convey the content.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications or English.
- Minimum two years of experience researching, writing (AP style), editing content for a B2B organization.
- Familiarity with curating content for education, talent management or government industry is a plus.
- Experience in interpreting and following established brand guidelines.
- Highly organized with ability to time manage across work streams with great attention to detail.
