For employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area it is mostly work-from-office. Other employees work-from-home.

• Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to CLESite clients

What are the essential duties and responsibilities?

Product Management

• Develops and maintains knowledge of all state and international mandatory CLE requirements and act as a resource to internal sales, marketing, customer success management, and support teams
• Knows, interprets, and summarizes CLE requirements, including rule changes for the software development team
• Answers internal questions regarding CLE requirements, compliance, and accreditation
• Updates internal CLE related content and material
• Drafts documentation for software developers about new features and changes
• Tracks software issues and contributes to the function of features

Customer Support

• Drafts client-facing documentation about our software, rules, updates, deadlines, and compliance status
• Provides fast, friendly and effective support to our clients
• Assist clients with questions regarding CLE Compliance including interpretation of CLE rules and regulations
• Assist clients with questions regarding maintaining online CLE records for attorneys to reflect both attendance information for client-sponsored programs and CLE certificates from outside programs
• Assist clients with questions regarding their CLE Compliance reporting needs
• Assist clients with questions regarding creation and distribution of CLE certificates of attendance

Customer Success

• Serves in a variety of roles including consultant, project manager, teacher, and implementer for clients implementing CLESite
• Cultivates relationships with clients

Sales & Marketing

• Cultivates new relationships with CLE specialists and providers
• Researches potential new CLESite customers from within our own customer base, conference attendee lists, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborates with sales and marketing to identify new prospects, foster relationships with them, and coordinate product demos

What are the qualifications for this role?

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• 3 years of experience as a CLE specialist at a large law firm with multiple CLE Jurisdictions
• 3 years of hands on experience using Micron CE Manager (preferred) and viCLE Tracker (desired)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
