Work Schedule:
- Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday: ~9:00 am - 7:30 pm
- Monday/Wednesday: ~10:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Days will always be Sunday-Thursday, hours may slightly vary based on kitchen/business needs
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Kitchen Operations:
- Lead and guide a team of kitchen associates, ensuring a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
- Oversee all aspects of food production and packaging processes, providing guidance on food preparation tasks, storage, and temperature control.
Warehouse Coordination:
- Maintain a seamless balance between kitchen and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen, conducting regular inspections to identify and address hazards promptly.
- Ensure the team follows safety protocols, contributing to a clean and safe work environment.
Versatile Duties:
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance the efficiency of both the kitchen and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the team to adapt to changing requirements and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the work environment.
Freezer Environment and Truck Loading:
- Oversee operations in a freezer environment to meet specific production requirements.
- Supervise truck loading activities, ensuring precision and secure transportation of products.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control measures, and warehouse operations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation:
- $22/HR, with bi-annual raises based on performance reviews and metrics.
