JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions at the corporate office and other company divisions. Direct all IT operations to meet internal and external customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage information technology systems.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related products and services.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Secondary Functions
- Must be able to provide work direction and mentoring to less experienced staff on technical issues.
- Must be able to quickly absorb and learn new technologies, software and hardware components and anticipate future needs of the company.
- Must be able to assess and respond appropriately to unexpected or complex software, design or networking issues.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion and sound judgment. Understand they are a representative of the employer.
- Required to perform all other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- paper manufacturing, converting, or print industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- ERP systems: 3 years (Preferred)
