As an IT process analyst lead within Enterprise Change and Risk Management, you’ll help define the strategic direction for the department with a goal of reducing the overall risk of IT changes. In this role, you will lead the creation of vision and roadmaps. You’ll also lead the data gathering for application and infrastructure change services and represent the change team on initiatives across the enterprise. Additionally, you will be responsible for improvement initiatives and researching emerging technologies to further our quality-driven agenda which includes incorporating continuous integration and continuous delivery practices (CICD). You’ll also manage change risk processes, coordinate application and infrastructure change communications, champion change compliance, and ensure the progress of work is visible across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll work closely alongside business partners and other technical leaders across the organization. This is a remote position. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of six years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions - In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design/process improvement or IT project management position.
