What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse Lead position at Progressive Insurance?
As a registered nurse (RN) lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow and work assignments of the clinical support team including other RN’s. You will be responsible for enhancing the health and well-being of the Progressive patient through triage and hands-on patient care in the clinic setting. In this position, you’ll serve as the point of contact for the clinical support staff for complex issues, questions, work assignments, and staff scheduling. Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Hours: Monday- Friday, 7:45am- 4:30pm Must-have qualifications - Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing and a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in adult medicine with 2 years of recent experience in the outpatient/ambulatory setting - Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Where legally permitted, Progressive requires all individuals working for Health Services to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Candidates must present acceptable proof of vaccination by the date of hire as a condition of employment.
