We are currently hiring a Payroll Analyst to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

YOU ARE: Responsible to assist our payroll team. As a successful candidate for this role, you will have a strong attention to detail and a working knowledge of payroll policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and performing other financial activities within our organization.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Audit payroll system and audit payroll reports on a bi-weekly basis
- Create, prepare and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Work with internal reporting team to complete monthly bonus calculations; provide financial analysis and impact to the budgets for these monthly/quarterly bonus plans
- Work with HR/Payroll Manager to calculate quarterly commission/bonus calculations
- Input and adhere to SOX controls and compliance
- Assist Payroll team when needed
YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- 4 years’ experience with a public company or large corporation
- Knowledge of reporting/writing in a payroll software system
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
