Progressive Nurse Staffing is seeking Caregivers to bring experience and value to our team in all across Idaho!
Summary:
Under supervision, a Caregiver provides basic nursing assistance to residents, helping with daily living activities
Schedule:
8 or 12 hour noc shifts available 2-3 shifts/week. Competitive pay DOE!
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses/Certification:
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain before hire
- Medication Assistance or willingness to obtain within 2 week of hire
Experience:
- 6 months experience in an assisted living or long term care setting preferred, willing to train for right fit
Responsibilities:
- Assist patient with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, incontinence care etc.
- Assist patient with range of motion exercises
- Assist patient with turning and positioning in bed
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, good and fluid intake and output as directed.
