Responsibilities: includes but are not limited to:
Welcoming patients as they arrive, Answering phones, Scheduling patients, Ensuring that patients attend their appointments, Collection of patient payments, New patient intake/communication, Verification of Insurance Benefits, and Explanation of Benefits to newly evaluated patients.
