Job Description: PURPOSE:
Coordinates well-defined projects and/or supports the work of a team of project/program management professionals. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs. Assists with end to end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness and communications. The ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator position must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a background in project management and project coordination being essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt are crucial for success in this role. While experience with Adobe Workfront or a similar work platform is preferred, it is not mandatory. The candidate will act as a liaison between design and communication teams and support communication efforts, ensuring effective collaboration. The ability to work with stakeholders and ensure that projects meet their timelines is a key requirement. A background in marketing or communications is preferred, along with basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare industry, and those with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid will be viewed favorably.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
35% Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.
35% Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.
30% Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.
