Subrogation Specialist
Job Posting for Subrogation Specialist at Progressive
As a subrogation specialist, you will conduct liability and subrogation investigations for commercial auto claims to negotiate settlements and recover damages. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a caseload while keeping timely and accurate documentation, corresponding with adjusters, claimants, and investigating parties along the way.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. If you are interested, you’ll also have the option to work a hybrid or full-time office schedule based in our Carmel, IN office location.
Must have qualifications
- Two or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Work experience must include:
- Claims handling or collections.
- Fast paced and changing environment.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing.
- Computer skills.
Preferred skills
- Multi-line claims handling experience
- Ability to maintain and obtain all necessary adjuster licenses
- Investigative approach to problem-solving
- Organizational skills and an ability to multitask to manage case load
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Salary range: $43,800- $54,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
