Based in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, Progrexion leads the credit repair industry with groundbreaking technologies and services that help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and substantiated, and correct inaccuracies with individual creditors, other data furnishers and the national credit bureaus. Progrexion technology and services are used by Lexington Law, an independently-operated law firm, and CreditRepair.com, its wholly-owned subsidiary.
Progrexion is looking for a Financial Analyst reporting to a Manager of FP&A. The Analyst will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of FP&A, and others executives to deliver value by translating operational data into actionable strategic advice. The analyst is expected to become a reliable business partner to marketing directors and assist with the allocation of advertising spend across multiple channels and effectively drive growth. Additionally, the analyst will help build/ maintain multi-year financial plans and assist with monthly/ quarterly analysis of company results.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel, Adaptive Planning, Tableau, and other tools to create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, identify trends, and risks/ potential areas for improvement
- Provide timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis on monthly and quarterly results against prior year, budgets, and forecasts
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of current operational metrics
- Maintain and continually improve models to project weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes to business trends
- Execute Ad-hoc requests submitted from management
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferably in finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, and/ or engineering
- 1-2 years’ experience in finance, related roles including but not limited to FP&A, strategic finance, private equity, management consulting, or investment banking
- Strong technical skills in Excel and MS Suite
- Experience with Adaptive Planning software and Tableau tools helpful but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of analytical intelligence, with strong attention to detail
