What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Agent position at ProHome LLC?
This position includes meeting new home buyers, orienting them to their homes, and documenting any potential construction issues. This is an independent contractor position requiring travel in the Virginia Beach, VA & surrounding area up to 50 miles. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members. Exceptional Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes are recommended and Real Estate experience is helpful.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- Real Estate background is very helpful.
