What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Walkthrough Agent (FT) position at ProHome LLC?
This full-time position includes meeting new home buyers, orienting them to their homes, documenting any potential construction issues and assist with scheduling. This role requires travel around the Wichita, KS area and other areas as needed. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members. Exceptional Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes are recommended and Real Estate experience is helpful.

- Conduct walkthroughs with home buyers and builders.
- Orientating & Educating home buyers on the different aspect of their home including but not limited to the mechanical features of their home.
- Document and create Punch Lists with home buyers and builder.
- Assist the Field Operations Team during non-peak times with enrollments and scheduling of new home walks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
- A real estate background is very helpful.
Compensation: $38-40K annually
