Business Analyst ( Banking )

Role : Business Analyst – Institutional Credit

Responsibilities :

• Represent the Business team in detailing the requirements for regulatory and strategic programs in the area of Institutional Credit spanning across Credit Origination, credit administration, exposure and limit management including both Banking (loans) and Trading Book (Counterparty risk).
• Interface with the technical team working on Implementing capabilities around Institutional Credit management in the Technology solutions such as Calypso, Axiom and other leading 3rd party Solutions.
• Develop the Business requirement documents, Functional requirements documents and High level Information needs for the business capabilities being transformed and Implemented.
• Represent Business in Data Governance and Data management activities as required by the Data governance framework of the Bank.
• Provide Business Oversight for the Institutional Credit programs and work with FRM, Treasury and Finance teams towards larger program goals and compliance to key regulations.

Profile Requirements

• 7 years in the area of Institutional Credit with sound knowledge of Institutional Credit Products across Banking Book and Trading Book.
• Experience of Implementing Single Counterparty Credit Limits (SCCL) or a similar regulation previously.
• Sound understanding and experience of Institutional Customer management including, rating process, limit management and exposure management.
• Experience and expertise in collateral management including valuation, assignment and utilization in the margining process
• Experience in Business analysis and documenting requirements at multiple levels and grains. (Agile experience is a must)
• Sound knowledge of Credit Risk & Counterparty Credit Risk is a must with Market Risk knowledge preferred.

Pay: $70,758.53 - $133,731.03 per year
