Role: QA Manager
Hoboken, NJ 07030 - Onsite Hybrid (2-3 days in a week)
Contract
Must have:
- Experience working at client location, excellent skills in customer stake holder management and effective communication skills, Sharing updates and reports with customer.
- Expert in Ecommerce domain knowledge, digital testing skills and tools.
- Experience in Salesforce testing SFCC, BM, OMS, SFMC, and end to end business scenarios in ecommerce domain.
- Responsible for Tracking the overall SLAs & Metrics.
- Manages overall staffing capacity to meet CLIENT QA Engagement program objectives.
- Test Strategy, planning, reviews, test data setup, defect triage.
- Highlight risks, issues, dependencies to customer.
- Familiar with Agile process and tools, should be able to provide process improvement suggestions as and when needed, active participation in Bug triage, PI planning, Sprint planning, conduct Reviews, Sprint Demo, Retrospective.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
