About the Position:
This is an Essential Position which means you are required to report to work in inclement weather, and during emergency events without delay or disruption.

Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience or Hotel Experience
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates database management knowledge / skills.
- Proficient aptitude for using MicroSoft Office application

Responsibilities:
- Provide best customer service practices
- Greet, check in, and checkout the Lodge guests
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Generate and distribute night audit reports
- Respond to emergency situations
- Apply policies and procedures
- Prepare room inventory
- Maintain room availability
- Arrange campus shuttle transportation
- Assign room keys accordingly
- Assist guests with locked safes
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and organized work area
- Check and balance all future reservations for patients
- Provide daily continental breakfast for all guests
- Process reservations on the Visual One system
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management
- Balance all shift audits in order to correct any errors that might impact patients/caregivers stay at the Lodge
- Coordinate repairs with maintenance team
- Assist in dealing with problems as they arise and day-to-day trouble shooting
- Ensure that shift handovers and briefings are carried out
