Project Partners is seeking an experienced Staff Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to assist the Planning Department of our public client in the Chino area. The position will be on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
The Staff Analyst duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Document proofreading for accuracy, backup, and reviewing and adhering to policies and procedures
Schedule Conferences and Events
Manage travel arrangements, tracking, and reimbursements
Invoice processing
Maintain files and prepare documents for records management
Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, set up, and clean up
Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents as needed

The Staff Analyst will have:
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support
Knowledge of public works industry is desired
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access)
Strong proofreading, scheduling, and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of accounting software
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
