RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of property, financing/loan transactions, operating agreements, and leasing
- Lead deals and closings as well as client contact and interaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience
- Superior academic record
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York
- Experience representing commercial real estate purchasers and developers preferred
LOCATION:
South Carolina: Spartanburg or Rock Hill
North Carolina: Charlotte or Greensboro
