Job Posting for Office Manager at Project Resources Group, Inc
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall flow of front office activities, including the reception area, mail, office supplies, and general upkeep and appearance of the office. This position will require a positive first impression appearance and will provide the opportunity to contribute to operations support aspects connected to the Outside Plant Damage (OPD) Departments daily activities and client needs.
Essential Functions
Manages the office area to ensure communications both internally and externally are met to maintain the professional image and vision of the office
Works directly for the Director of Operations to ensure all events and client interactions are seamless and continuously managed within the office and Denver market
Establishes a relationship and works directly with the building owner and all vendors associated with building maintenance, parking, etc.
Orders office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff per company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
Ad-hoc reporting and special project requests from OPD management and directors
Willingness and ability to work outside of standard hours as necessary at times to accommodate office needs or event production

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
At least two years of previous experience in office management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formulas, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Prezi
Experience working in a customer service environment
Compensation
$62K-75K annually
