Job Description:
This position will be assisting the Buyer/Planners in placing orders with suppliers using our SAP system.
The candidate would be responsible for:
1. Placing orders routine orders with suppliers which have been approved by the Buyer/Planners
2. Communicating with suppliers on order acknowledgments
3. Tracing and tracking information as directed by Buyer/Planners
4. Certain clerical functions related to buying and planning activities managed by the group
5. Other duties as assigned.
Skills and experience needed:
1. Purchasing
2. Planning
3. Excel and Word (Medium Level)
4. Other systems knowledge/experience with purchasing tools
SAP preferred.
