Your Mission
- Become an expert on Prokeep’s business model, org structure, internal software and technology to help build efficient internal processes
- Help bBuild and maintain scalable systems and processes in HubSpot, and other company systems, as as an Administrator for the Customer Team (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing)
- Help review, and design, implement, communicate, and train more efficient operational processes across the customer lifecycle
- Assist with Oversee process and training documentation for the sales and customer success team
- Assist in project management of select department initiatives and key company objectives
- Help drive business efficiency through automation, and data optimization
- Help facilitate data and understanding of business processes across company departments
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven experience building and designing automation methods or processes to drive efficiency managing and improving processes in a fast-paced environment
- HubSpot experience highly preferred, CRM experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Relentlessly self-motivated
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
