RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Hires setup in HRIS
- Employee file maintenance
- Payroll time entry & file export
- DISA Administrator – background checks, Fit for Duty, and processing invoices
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute daily responsibilities
- Create internal documents for communication such as tables, spreadsheets, etc.
- Respond to employee requests, provide information, and resolve problems
- Ability to generate various reports for management
- Compose inter-office, branch, and corporate communications
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Full-time position, excellent benefits, hourly wage
- HR Department mailouts (benefit notices, W-2’s, ACA, etc.)
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department
- Ordering & pick-up of office supplies for HR-related activities
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Windows environment
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- ADP processing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly
- 1 to 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR Laws helpful
- Must pass a drug test, fit for duty test, and background check
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
