Collaborate with the HR & Talent project team and understand project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and impacts to end-users
Responsible for collaborating with Workstream leads, SMEs, Consultants to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements, translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices
Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on-time
Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates
Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing project goals
Collaborate with Project stakeholders and team members to successfully deliver on shared objectives
Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Computer Technology, or related field
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years progressively responsible experience related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Proficiency with personal computer (PC) and software applications to include Workday, Tableau, Windows, word processing and database.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lawson or related software, spreadsheets, and Crystal Reports programs. Demonstrated knowledge of excel formulas to include pivot point, vlookup and other validation formulas
