HR Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the HR & Talent project team and understand project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and impacts to end-users
• Responsible for collaborating with Workstream leads, SMEs, Consultants to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements, translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices
• Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on-time
• Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing project goals
• Collaborate with Project stakeholders and team members to successfully deliver on shared objectives
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Computer Technology, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) years progressively responsible experience related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Proficiency with personal computer (PC) and software applications to include Workday, Tableau, Windows, word processing and database.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lawson or related software, spreadsheets, and Crystal Reports programs. Demonstrated knowledge of excel formulas to include pivot point, vlookup and other validation formulas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
