Description/Comment:

Maintains, releases, and tracks blueprint drawings and other engineering/production documents in paper and/or electronic form, ensuring that engineering orders reflect latest engineering requirements. Compiles release packages, verifying all documents are present including necessary approvals and dates; notifies appropriate personnel of any new or updated data and distributes copies of release packages as required; maintains audit trail on print packages, ensuring current configuration contains the latest engineering revision; monitors return limit on all signed-out prints and diazos; and audits all returned print packages and diazos for completion of documents before filing. Fills special orders of prints or needed data for vendors or procurement request for quote packages. May scan documents into computer system. This position requires a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience or equivalent plus the ability to obtain a security clearance. Excellent computer skills, good math skills and attention to detail are required as well. A candidate should have a working knowledge of engineering drawings, QA, and engineering procedures relative to issue and update processes. Knowledge of DDMS and the ability to manipulate files and file structures are preferable

Special Requirements **Confidential Clearance will need to be applied for if the resource is hired.** Remote work is an option however, resources will need to be onsite 100% for training**

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
